 1 概述General Agreement

          設(shè)計、 承建的 船現(xiàn)選用東方船舶裝配有限公司生產(chǎn)，并符合IMO MEPC.107(49)的YWC-5.00型油污水處理裝置，就有關(guān)技術(shù)事宜達成如下協(xié)議。

2 主要技術(shù)參數(shù) Technical Parameters

3 供貨范圍Scope of supply

3.1 整機提供YWC-5.00型油污水處理裝置  1 套，其中每套包括如下主要部件：

每套裝置提供如下標準備件一套：

The accessorial parts are packed alone when leaving from factory and will be installed by the shipyard.

4、資料Documentation

4.1 認可資料Certification document

合同簽定后兩周內(nèi)，制造廠分別提供設(shè)計院   套、船廠   套 、船東    套如下認可資料，收到認可資料兩周內(nèi)，設(shè)計院將認可意見匯總后反饋給制造廠，作為生產(chǎn)依據(jù)。

Two weeks later after this contract has been signed , the manufacturer will provide the shipyard with 2 sets of drawing for approval. The shipyard should return the confirmed opinions to manufacturer as a feedback.

4.2 隨機資料

   裝置發(fā)貨時，隨機提供如下資料

When the device is sent to use, the manufacturer will provide the following 4 sets of materials:

4.2.1使用說明書Instruction

4.2.2 裝置系統(tǒng)圖System drawing;

4.2.3 裝置底座圖Base drawing

4.2.4 裝置總圖General drawing

4.2.5電氣原理圖及外部接線圖Electrical schematic diagram and external wiring diagram

4.2.6 船檢證書（CCS型式認可證書復(fù)印件＋CCS產(chǎn)品正本證書）  1份

5 檢驗及證書5 Inspection and certificate

裝置生產(chǎn)完畢，經(jīng)本公司質(zhì)檢部門檢驗合格后，提請CCS船級社進行檢驗，并提供CCS船檢證書、IMO格式認可證書（復(fù)印件）、工廠合格證。

The device is to be well produced, tested and  qualified by manufacture’s Inspection Department, then, present to CSS (China Classification Society) to be tested and inspected. The “Certificate of Type Approval” from CCS and the “Quality Certificate” from manufacturer should be provided to Shipowner.

6 質(zhì)量保證Quality guarantee

裝置裝船后12個月內(nèi)，制造廠提供免費的售后服務(wù)，12個月后，提供有償售后服務(wù)。

The manufacture is to be quality guaranteed for 12 months after use, and after that, should provide the limitation guarantee as factory’s rule.

7其它事宜，雙方友好協(xié)商解決。

It will be negotiated settlement if something arises.
