“根據(jù)，依據(jù)、按照”的表達(dá)在英文合同中使用非常頻繁，特別是重要的責(zé)任義務(wù)條款和規(guī)定，要么依據(jù)法律法規(guī)，要么依據(jù)本合同其他條款的相應(yīng)規(guī)定。因此，必須對(duì)此類表達(dá)非常明確，不可含糊。常用的表達(dá)方式有：

in accordance with; under; pursuant to，according to， subject to，on the basis of 等等。

 

例中標(biāo)人的投標(biāo)保證金， 在中標(biāo)人按本須知第34條規(guī)定簽訂合同，按本須知第35條規(guī)定交納了履約保證金，并按本須知第36條規(guī)定交納了招標(biāo)服務(wù)費(fèi)后予以退還。

The successful Bidder’s bid security wi11 be discharged upon the Bidder signing the contract,
