保險條款是國際貨物買賣合同的重要組成部分之一，它涉及買賣雙方的利益。一般來說，保險條款所涉及的內(nèi)容有保險金額、投保險別、保險費、保險單證和保險適用條款等。保險金額(Amount Insured)是指保險公司可能賠償?shù)淖罡呓痤~，習(xí)慣上按發(fā)票金額加一成(10％)預(yù)期利潤和業(yè)務(wù)費用。

 

一、常用條款約定

1、Insurance: To be covered by the Seller for 110 percent of the invoice value against War Risks and Strike Risk as per Institute Cargo Clauses.||8.保 險：由賣方根據(jù)貨物協(xié)會條款投保一切險和戰(zhàn)爭險、罷工險，保險額為商業(yè)發(fā)票金額的110%。

 2、保險: 由___方負責(zé)，按本合同總值110%投保_____險。 
Insurance：To be covered by the___for 110% of thefull invoice value against_______.

3、 除經(jīng)約定保險歸買方投保者外，由賣方向中國的保險公司投保。如買方需增加保險額及/或需加保其他險，可于裝船前提出，經(jīng)賣方同意后代為投保，其費用由買方負擔(dān)。 
Except in cases where the insurance is covered by the Buyers as arranged, insurance is to be covered by the Sellers with a Chinese insurance company. If insurance for additional amount and /or for other insurance terms is required by the Buyers, prior notice to this effect must reach the Sellers before shipment and is subject to the Sellers’ agreement, and the extra insurance premium shall be for the Buyers’ account.

4、保險：由買方投保   Insurance: to be arranged by the Buyer.

5、INSURANCE: To be covered by the seller for110% of invoice value against All Risks and war risks.運輸保險：由賣方負責(zé)按發(fā)票金額的110%投保一切險及戰(zhàn)爭險。

payable in （at） Kuala Lumpur in the currency of draft （irrespective of

percentage）

作為可議付格式的海運保險單或憑證按照到岸價的發(fā)票金額110%投保中國人民保險公司1976年1月1日的戰(zhàn)爭險和基本險，負責(zé)到吉隆坡為止。按照匯票所使用的貨幣在吉隆坡賠付（無免賠率）

 

　8、insurance policy or certificate settling agent's name is to be indicated,

any additional premium to cover uplift between 10 and 17% may be drawn in excess

of the credit ualue

保險單或憑證須表明理賠代理人的名稱，保險費如增加10-17%可在本證金額以外支付

　10、insurance policy or certificate covering W.A. （or F.P.A.） and war risks as

保險單或憑證根據(jù)中國人民保險公司1981年1月1日的海洋運輸貨物保險條款和海洋運輸貨物戰(zhàn)爭險條款投保水漬險（或平安險）和戰(zhàn)爭險

 

11、insurance policy/certificate covering all war mines risks

保險單/憑證投保一切險、戰(zhàn)爭險、地雷險（注：mines解釋為地雷，屬于戰(zhàn)爭險的負責(zé)范圍，可以接受）
