PART 3 – EXECUTION

A.    Contractor shall examine the areas and conditions under which the Work of this Section will be performed.  Contractor shall correct any conditions detrimental to the timely and proper completion of the Work.  Contractor shall not proceed until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected.

B.    Contractor shall use adequate numbers of skilled workmen who are thoroughly trained and experienced in the necessary crafts and who are completely familiar with the specified requirements and the methods needed for proper performance of the Work of this Section.
承建商應(yīng)使用足夠數(shù)量的技術(shù)工人，并確保其經(jīng)過全面必要的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，能夠全面掌握完成工程所需的特定要求和方法。
 
B.    Contractor shall use equipment adequate in size, capacity and numbers to complete the Work in a timely manner.
承建商須采用適宜規(guī)格，功能和數(shù)量的設(shè)備，確保工程如期完工。
 
C.    The Engineer named on the Project Directory in the Project Manual will observe the performance of Contractor relating to the Work of this Section.

       D.    Contractor shall readjust Work performed that does not meet the technical or design requirements of the Engineer named on the Project Directory in the Project Manual, but shall make no deviation without specific and written approval from the Owner.
承建商可以重新調(diào)整與《施工手冊》中<</SPAN>項目指南>所指定的工程師的技術(shù)或設(shè)計要求不符的地方，但不得在沒有獲取業(yè)主具體的書面授權(quán)的情況下而背離要求施工。

2.3   MATERIALS材料
A.    Contractor shall provide all materials required per the details and specifications prepared by the Engineer named on the Project Directory in the Project Manual.
承建商應(yīng)遵照《施工手冊》中<</SPAN>項目指南>所指定的工程師所要求的細(xì)節(jié)和說明準(zhǔn)備所有材料
 
2.4   OTHER MATERIALS其它材料
A.    Contractor shall provide other materials, not specifically described but required for a complete and proper installation, as selected by the Contractor, subject to the approval of the Engineer named on the Project Directory in the Project Manual.
       承建商還應(yīng)在《施工手冊》中<</SPAN>項目指南>所指定的工程師的許可下，提供未明確列出但對保證工程竣工至關(guān)重要的其它材料。
 
PART 3 – EXECUTION第三部分 執(zhí)行
3.5   SURFACE CONDITIONS地表條件
A.    Contractor shall examine the areas and conditions under which the Work of this Section will be performed.  Contractor shall correct any conditions detrimental to the timely and proper completion of the Work.  Contractor shall not proceed until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected.
承建商及其設(shè)計和建造公司應(yīng)該檢測該施工區(qū)域和地形狀況，并克服任何不利于工程按時順利完工的條件，直至排除不利條件之后再繼續(xù)施工。
 
3.6   INSTALLATION建造
B.    Based on the Contractor’s completion of grading and compacting per Section 02210 of these Specifications and the Designer’s approval of the shaping of the alignment, length and height of the weir, Contractor shall complete the Work of this Section per the details and specifications prepared by the Engineer named on the Project Directory in the Project Manual.
       基于本合同第02210部分中承建商造型和壓實工程的完工情況，以及設(shè)計師對圍堰的排列形狀，長度和高度的規(guī)定，承建商須根據(jù)工程人員編制的《施工手冊》中<</SPAN>項目指南>所列的各項明細(xì)和說明，確保完成施工任務(wù)。
 
B.    Once the Contractor has completed the weir installation, Contractor shall backfill and compact surrounding soil materials, complying with pertinent provisions of Section 02210 of these Specifications.
承建商完成圍堰安裝后，應(yīng)遵守本合同第02210條的相關(guān)規(guī)定，回填、壓實周圍土地。
 
3.7   TESTING AND INSPECTION施工檢測
B.    Contractor shall provide the personnel and equipment necessary, and shall perform tests required to demonstrate that the Work of this Section has been completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
       承建商應(yīng)配備相應(yīng)的工程技術(shù)人員及設(shè)備對本項目的工程進(jìn)行檢測以確保本項工程符合合同質(zhì)量要求
 
3.8   PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS工程合約
A.    Contractor shall comply with pertinent provisions of Section 01720 of these Specifications.
