技術(shù)培訓(xùn)協(xié)議  （中英文）
TECHNIC TRAINING AGREEMENT
 
 
 
Party A:  甲方
 
Party B:  乙方
 
甲方和乙方簽訂本合同下列條款。
This agreement is established between Party A and Party B on the bases of the following terms and conditions.
 
一、培訓(xùn)目的Training Purposes:
乙方委托甲方培訓(xùn)的主要目的：為加強(qiáng)員工對(duì)產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)識(shí)，了解產(chǎn)品在國(guó)際銷(xiāo)售途徑和戰(zhàn)略方式等等
Training purposes: Party B authorized Party A undertake this training, the main
purpose is to help employees strengthen the understanding of parts , know the way of the international sales and strategic planning and so on…
 
二、培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容范圍及要求Training requirements and Course:
A、產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)Technical course on products.
B、產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)推廣  Overseas marketing for products.
 
三、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間Training time
乙方委托甲方從   至   完成培訓(xùn)任務(wù)，甲方計(jì)劃   天內(nèi)完成，并向乙方提供“培訓(xùn)課程表”以便了解課程進(jìn)度安排。
Party B authorize Party A between the time    to     to complete the training course.
Party A plan finish the training within N days, also provide one "Training Table" to understand the training schedule well.
 
四、費(fèi)用及支付方式Payment:
根據(jù)培訓(xùn)授課課時(shí)，經(jīng)雙方議定，甲方向乙方支付培訓(xùn)費(fèi)。乙方在完成培訓(xùn)課程時(shí)一次性付清。
According to the training course, both sides agreed that Party B pay the training
charge after training courses finished in one-time-off payment to Party A.
 
五、甲方的義務(wù)Obligations of Party A
A、培訓(xùn)過(guò)程堅(jiān)持向甲方提供的“培訓(xùn)課程表”保證按時(shí)按量地完成教學(xué)計(jì)劃，管理好培訓(xùn)班的日常性事務(wù)，未經(jīng)甲方許可，不得將此培訓(xùn)交予其他公司辦理。
Party A should provide the .training table. to the Party B to ensure timely
completion of sufficient quantity and teaching programs, also manage the daily course
of affairs, without Party B's permission, can.t pass the course to other training
companies.
 
B、遵守職業(yè)道德。對(duì)甲方提供的有關(guān)資料（如人員名單）和情況保守秘密。
Party A should abide by professional ethics, keep party B all information (such as
personnel list) and situation.s secret.
 
C、定期向甲方報(bào)告培訓(xùn)的進(jìn)展情況，培訓(xùn)結(jié)束時(shí)請(qǐng)甲方參與考務(wù)工作，以便驗(yàn)收培訓(xùn)結(jié)果。
Party A should report of the progress of the training at regular intervals to Party B, at the end of training, invite Party B join in examination affairs for acceptance of raining results.
 
六、乙方的義務(wù)Obligations of Party B
1、按約定日期為乙方提供所需培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)（培訓(xùn)）資料。
Provide the necessary training data to Party A within agreed time.
 
2、培訓(xùn)未完畢，但因不可抗拒力量使培訓(xùn)不能完成時(shí)，甲方也應(yīng)向乙方支付報(bào)酬。
Because of the force majeure, training does not complete, Party B shall also pay
compensation.
 
3、乙方在承辦培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中，甲方應(yīng)指定有關(guān)人員積極協(xié)助配合，給予工作方便。
In the course of training undertaken, Party B shall designate relevant personnel
with active help, give the job to convenient.

七、雙方的權(quán)利
按照國(guó)家有關(guān)職業(yè)教育的規(guī)定，保證培訓(xùn)的合法性。培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中，若一方未履行
協(xié)議書(shū)，另一方則有權(quán)終止該協(xié)議.
 
7, Each party.s rights.
Private vocational education in accordance with relevant provisions, to ensure the
legitimacy of the training. In training process, if one party fails to perform Agreement,
the other party is entitled to terminate the agreement.
 
八、違約責(zé)任
甲乙雙方按照《中華人民共和國(guó)協(xié)議法》承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。若甲方終止協(xié)議，乙方
不退預(yù)收款；若乙方原因而終止協(xié)議，乙方退還預(yù)收款。
 
8, Liability for breach of agreement:
 
In accordance with the law of the People's Republic to undertake responsibility of
breach of agreement law. If party A to terminate the agreement, party B is not refund
deposit; If party B terminates the agreement, party B causes return deposit.
 
九、本協(xié)議未盡事宜，按國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)辦理。
 
9, Issues unmentioned in the agreement, according to the relevant laws and
regulations.
 
十、本協(xié)議一式貳份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)壹份，簽字后生效。
 
10, Both Parties keep one copy of this agreement, which are binding on both parties.
